Blend of Moresca, Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla and Nocellara varieties, harvested in south-eastern Sicily at 200-400m above sea level.

Full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well balanced, flavour and aroma of chilly peppers.

Excellent for “arrabbiata pasta”, legumes and fish soups, bruschetta, or drizzled on pizza.
