Dry Romano beans, also known as borlotti or cranberry beans, are a versatile and flavourful legume. These beans are perfect for soups, stews, salads and more.
For easy preparation and cooking, soak your beans in a large pot or bowl with 2 times their volume of water. The longer they soak the faster they will cook! Ideally, this lasts overnight or for at least 3 hours.
